ABOUT BOB TAIT.

Bob Tait has been associated with flying training for more years

than he'd like to remember. [If you really must know it's more

than 35 years.] He entered into aviation after 8 years in the

Education Department of Queensland as a teacher.

He gave up the science lab to start his own flying school at

Ingham in Queensland where he began full time theory courses

to CPL. He has been fully occupied with theory and flying

training since then and presently runs his own theory school

at Redcliffe, Queensland.

He has held a Grade One Instructor Rating, Command Instrument Rating, Multi Engine Train-

ing approval. He has low level aerobatic test and training approval, owned his own Pitts Special

and flies helicopters for fun.

Note. Some students seem to expect that they will pass the CASA exam if they simply learn

the answers to every question in the book. Please be careful not to fall for that one! While

the questions presented in this book should give you an idea of what to expect in the CASA

exam, it is essential that you read the text carefully and make your own notes as you go.

Simply learning the answers to specific questions will leave you disappointed with your

result and will be of little use in your career as a commercial pilot.
